Delivery

We deliver nationwide within 2–5 business days. Orders over Rs 5,000 ship free; otherwise a flat delivery fee of Rs 250 applies. You'll be contacted to confirm your order before dispatch.

Advance Payment

Orders are confirmed with advance payment. After checkout we'll share payment details (bank transfer or mobile wallet); your order is dispatched once payment is received.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
